The warranty covers all parts of your product and applies to all types of manufacturing defects. This warranty doesn’t apply if your product is lost, stolen or suffered any other damages.

In order to keep your Lacuna jewelry looking its best please follow these instructions:

Remove jewelry prior to showering, before bathing in the sea or a swimming pool, and before going to bed. Prevent jewelry from coming in contact with cleaning or beauty products.

Sterling silver can be cleaned with Silver Cleaner Solution and cloth, please follow manufacturer's instructions.

Oxidized Sterling silver referring to jewelry that all of their parts are oxidized (black).    You can renew the oxidation by dipping the jewelry in Bleach for one hour and washing it thoroughly

Ceramic jewelry referring to the white jewelry; The plaster can be cleaned with wet wipe; the silver can be cleaned with Silver Cleaner Solution and cloth, please follow manufacturer's instructions.
