Returns & Exchanges in lacuna jewelry

You can return or exchange items by mail within 14 days from receiving the order. You need to notify me about the refund/cancellation request in writing, by email prior to sending the item back. For all items, to be eligible for exchange, credit or refund as described below, the merchandise must be returned unworn, in its original box and must be accompanied by the original invoice or order application. Shipping costs are non-refundable and must include Tracking Number.

Cancellation Policy in lacuna jewelry

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. The cancellation needs to be made in writing, by email. I reserve the right to levy a 5% of the payment (up to 100 NIS) if the order was sent or charged, to cover any subsequent administrative expenses. Credit card transactions will incur an additional fee from the credit company (approx. 2%, depending on the credit card company). If the order was already sent, the refund is subject to the return of the merchandise by mail, within 14 days from receiving the order.
